Most public car auctions only require you to prove you can pay that day.

This was discussed during the Obama years when considering his statutes as a natural born citizen.
Jurisdiction is not the same as a state’s boundaries. It is not a location. It is more akin to citizenship.
According to US law, a legal alien/green card holder indeed can own arms/ammo. So this guy is an illegal alien, attending VTech, and tries to buy arms/ammo illegally. Does anyone else see the enabling link here? Why is VTech enrolling undocumented persons? Is VTech/U of VA that far out in left(ist) field?
I say ICE needs to scrub all college/university rolls and start there!
