There's a great deal of styling and artifice going on in that apparently casual school automotive shop class setting. I've done a fair number of commercial photoshoots myself and recognize uplighting, such as was placed inside that Mustang with the hood raised. That place was stage-managed like a movie set with concealed mood and accent lighting. So much for gritty realism. It's Potemkin blue collar, I guess that's an apt metaphor since we're talking Democrat, here.

So, the embarrassment of whatever that is in the corner of the boy Kennedy's mouth is even greater because the whole thing was stage managed down to minutiae. Relying on my past exposure and experience, they put him through makeup and that's lip gloss gone wild. Lip gloss. That's even worse than slobber on a male. What brand of lip gloss does the boy Kennedy favor? Where is he today, by the way?
