The better the SOTU is received, the longer the delay of the memo. Given the CBS poll results, I suspect he might just let the five days expire without doing anything, and we’ll see the memo on Saturday.

No way does he wait until Saturday. Trump is the master of timing when it comes to PR. I say Thursday so that Friday can be an all-day, all the time MSM coverage of the Nunes memo.
Not on the weekend. It gets lost.
