I saw a photo of his modest house so he doesn’t appear to be some high level anything. But it still doesn’t rule out Paddock NOT doing the shooting, it still keeps the arms dealing explanatin in place.

Though the plane hasn’t flown in 3 years, supposedly, the registration is still active. The weird thing —gummint records tag it as a much cheaper Cessna 152, and not the Cirrus 20 that it actually IS.

I don’t have proof, but no, I don’t believe Paddock triggered a single round.
This is sounding a lot like OkBomb, where the feds tried to time the bust to perfection (the better for max legal charges against the baddies) but lost control of the exact timing of the final dynamics and soon found themselves with a YUGE legal tar-baby on their hands, which to safeguard their reputations they simply off-loaded onto their field asset, whose (very nasty) jacket was still totally intact.
It’s a basically a replay, but in the far West instead of the (sorta) mid-West.

And just as with OkBomb, in Madalay Massacre too all the video evidence of the event is totally inaccessible (so far with Mandalay) to the public.
The OkBomb private vid copy contractor had to have multiple agents right on his elbow during the entire video copy process, to include escorting him to the bathroom.
