He wasn't fire. He's on terminal leave. I believe he gets paid.
It’s reported McCabe was “removed” at the direction of the OIG. Between the lines he still remains on leave so that he can be forced to cooperate - or else he’s fired and loses his pension. Or something else ... this morning it was revealed through Howard Kurtz’ new book that he setup Priebus and was leaking his scam to the press (and was then already likely being caught in the act by OIG) Oh and Nancy Pelosi has become totally unhinged!
