I had discussion recently with young person that was being harassed on social media, occurring while I wasspeaking with her mother.
Essentially she was being called racist - young white girl. I told her to respond that she had no choice in her genetic makeup- but she did have choice in her actions.
If she treats all with respect then she will be perceived with respect and of good character..
Also told her to edit her social media to block those type of people, as they are counter productive to her mental health

No she won’t. She’s dealing with immature, sub-educated morons who WANT to be victims. They’ll perceive her however they WANT to perceive her, regardless of the way she acts.

I’m sure they’d consider that the ultimate proof of racism and demand her account be removed immediately. If someone attacks you MUST acknowledge them and respect their warped beliefs. Better idea - pull the plug on “social media” altogether. It’s a cancer on our society.

Kumbaya acquiescence silences her. She becomes a casualty in their effort to silence any one perceived as opposition.
She becomes super nice but totally ineffective. She has been shut up
