We already have major 4th Amendment violations resulting from the drug war. We don’t need more of them. Everyone and their property should be entitled to due process when accused by the government of any crime.
I am all for this EO as long as it is done the Constitutional way.
At grey_whiskers suggestion, I sought out the EO itself (there a link on another FR thread) and read it. The article by Wayne Allyn Root is like something from a different universe. It is still not clear to me why the EO is needed; if everything in it has to be based on existing law. Maybe someone can explain what problem it is meant to cure.
