The subject was unconstitutional judicial activism motivated by a desire to see the US and its constitution replaced by some socialist vision of “justice.” IOW, the actions of leftist judges in the service of leftism.
All leftist thought, from the limousine liberalism of a George Clooney to the murderous horrors of Mao, Stalin, and Pol Pot, is of and from Satan. Leftism is a contaminant in the human cognosphere, not a natural component of it.

It wouldn’t surprise me if the 9th circus rules in favor of corruption. If this is true, then this EO can apply to a lot of people in both parties going back. McCain, Bushes and who else. Reagan was the last good guy President we had before the Trump.
And if you actually READ Lewis, he would be seen to have warned that the devil relies on your special dislike of one evil to draw you into another evil that consists of an opposite imbalance of factors.
The very arrogance that humanity could limn good or evil is one dating back to the Garden. The moment that faith to the end was thrown out for however many and multifarious rules, was the moment that sin became our fate. Good in fact can only be seen through the glorification of God, which can only be fully understood after the fact.
It would rule in favor of viewing the issue as constrained by all applicable laws and statutes — same as the USSC would. Anything less is ex post facto and/or lack of due process in its strictest sense.
Oh, Donald can and will and even should tweet his heart out about such issues when they fall between the legal cracks. The very constitution limits this to political action, however.
Well Trump better be looking for a new AG then if he wants this EO to go active and produce results. Sessions won’t touch this one.
