If, in almost every case, a lie is not a mortal sin, that must mean, that in some rare cases, it is. What kind of lie, would be a mortal sin? I thought you were an ex-Catholic? Why do you have to ask?

I thought you were an ex-Catholic? Why do you have to ask? Yes, I am thankful to be an ex Catholic. I had to ask TC about it, cuz he said in almost every case, a lie was not a mortal sin. The implication is, that maybe there might be an instance, where it is a mortal sin. Of course, in my YOPIOS thinking, I believe EVERY sin is a mortal sin, right down to the smallest white lie.

Now, if you will excuse me, I have more pressing matters to attend to, so I am outta here. While I am outta here, I will have to enjoy my assurance of salvation. Its a beautiful thing. 😇
