That is a good point. Why is it that so many leftist elitists get away with claiming they support working people, when few, if any of them have ever worked? Nancy Pelosi, John Kerry, Diane Feinstein, any Kennedy--they always get kudos for caring for "the little guy" when they really have no clue.
I'd love to force them to work at an ordinary person's job, live on that salary, and interact with ordinary people for a couple of years, just so that they might begin to understand and develop real empathy.
