If you go to the link, right under the picture of the two FBI agents there is this sentence in bold:
“DOJ IG has recovered all missing Strzok-Page texts”

yes, it’s wrong to insert extraneous thoughts into the headline but if you must there is a grammatical way to do it. Use []’s not ()’s,
