Skimbell beat me to it. And he's correct. The Constitution gives Congress almost unlimited power in writing the citizenship and naturalization laws.

(Congressional power in this area has been limited mostly by the 14th Amendment.)

Therefore, Congress could certainly write a citizenship law for the DACA kids that would allow for revocation on almost any "reasonable" basis.

Moreover, anybody who thinks citizenship can't be withdrawn under current law needs to talk to some of those German and East European guys who got deported for alleged WW2 misdeeds.
