You mean Joe diGenova. Yes, I believe he would be a great choice.

One problem: This Senate will not confirm a replacement for Rosenstein.

Keep firing\prosecuting (though, you’d need to START the latter first) until they relent.

Mark Levin was a rabid NeverTrumper for most of the 2016 campaign. I’d trust him even less than I’d trust Giuliani.
Never trust a guy who earns a living in the media. He’ll always prostitute himself to his employers. In Levin’s case, it’s the big-government globalists in the Murdoch media empire.

Kick it over to/hire Judicial Watch. They’re the only group getting RESULTS.
*Every* other ‘brain-trust’ (especially those housed in/near D.C.) appear to just take in $$ and hob-knob w/ those they supposedly were setup to watch\guard-against.
Christie would have his own agenda and would be the most disloyal public servant you’ve ever seen. He owes his allegiance to the Bush cabal, which means he should never be allowed inside Washington D.C. except as a tourist.
Andrew McCarthy? Mark Levin? LOL. What's the matter -- Barack Hussein Obama and Eric Holder aren't available for the job?
That's my understanding as well
He has the proven ability to run an organization which is "under fire" from critics
If he has serious health concerns he will already be distracted.
Then you want to put him in a hotbed of contention .. I think not !
The man isn't indestructible !
If Trump replaces him with someone who has already been confirmed for another position in the executive branch, then they can serve for months in an “acting” capacity even if the Senate refuses to confirm them.
