But toward the end of the search of the couple’s house, the Child Protective Services workers showed up and discussed the case with police. One of the workers, anticipating child exploitation charges to be brought, decided to take the children into emergency temporary custody. Though she lacked a court order or warrant, her supervisor signed off on the decision.

From this it would appear that the CPS employee without reviewing any of the evidence collected that day decided to take the children.

On only the evidence of the Walmart photos which had no frontal nudity the CPS worker decided to take the children and put them in foster homes.

Does it never occur to these people that it is traumatic for the children to be forcibly separated from their parents. As far as children that age is concerned they are being kidnapped. There is no difference.

This person and the supervisor should never work in social services again.
