A source on the inside has informed me of a top secrete meeting that is alleged to have taken place between prominent intelligence community officials, both currently serving and retired.
The source details a meeting that took place in Virginia of December 2016 at the The Ritz-Carlton, Tysons Corner. Officials met for several hours, there were some very, very prominent intelligence officials there, including Robert Mueller, James Comey, Peter Strzok, Andrew McCabe, John Brennan, James Clapper, Leon Panetta, Phill Mud, David Petraeus, Michael Hayden & former Attorney General Eric Holder.

And who presents to these Grand Juries ? What do they present?
I do not think the DOJ and FBI can investigate themselves. On top of that, anything less than an independent counsel will be dismissed as a political witch hunt. Okay, how about something novel, give them 90-days to put up or shut up, er, close. They can convene a grand jury and present their cases.
Understood, there’s a lot of bad actors and its very hard to keep track of all of them.
If the report is true, they didn't.
Back about 2004, government rate there was around $150.
Oddly enough, The X-Files are back and Mulder/Scully constantly reference the ‘persecution’ of the Fibbies.
Spin control gone wild.
How much did they pay Duchovny and Anderson to check out of the old folks’ home?
[they both look like hell]
This is the meeting reference on other thread
They can and do. Disqualification is generally personal.
There are exceptions. Danforth was brought in to whitewash FBI's handling of Waco.
This may need a thread of its own. Old but GOLD
This writer does what leftists like Michael Wolfe and others do. Use anonymous sources that cannot be checked and then build a story around what the “source” says happened.
I would be very wary of this kind of writing. If you swallow it without documentation, you could end up being a dupe of someone from either the extreme Left or Right.
One form of limited proof would be if someone got a hold of the hotel’s room reservations list for the date mentioned to see if there was a meeting in the first place.
With all those clowns attending, there would have to be a Secret Service and possibly DC police security detail at the hotel (which would not go unnoticed even by a blind man).
Also, there would be food bills that someone paid and signed for. Credit card names, anyone?
And don’t you think that the “Dudley Do-Right” Washington post “Style” section wouldn’t have a society reporter on the scene like white on rice?
This story doesn’t past the smell test or the logic test. (I consulted with Mr. Spock on this very topic and he said “Not very logical”).
I appreciate your thoughtful post...but it reminded me of how Mueller ended up as Special Counsel in the first place: James Comey leaking classified info to his friend who as of today is his attorney. Comey testified that he leaked that info with that very intent. And it just turns out the Special Counsel is...his friend Mueller.
Looks like the ‘Fundamental Transformation’ is continuing. We have to get a handle on this Deep State Coup, and soon. The longer we wait the more desperate they will get. US Marshals Service? The Military? I wonder what Rogers, Kelly and Mad Dog Mattis think of all of this? Time for Action!
There are two competing narratives for why there is a SC. There is the "popular/press pushed" version, which you summarized well; and there is the official reason, with an unstated premise.
The official reason is that it was in the public interest to have an independent body (the DOJ being beholden to Trump, cough cough) investigate the allegation that that Trump campaign colluded with the Russians. The unstated premise is that Rosenstein is beholden to Trump, and therefore conflicted.
The popular reason is supported, in the press, by cherry-picked reference to Trump's interview with Lester Holt. He wanted the Russia investigation to stop, so he fired Comey. But in that interview, Trump said expressly that he wanted the investigation continue, he thought it might take longer even, now that Comey is out.
Now, the reason for Mueller in fact might be that Rosenstein back-stabbed Trump (along the lines of working in cahoots with Mueller and Comey) - and that version is supported somewhat by the Trump/session kerfuffle around the time Mueller was appointed.
I'm hoping the truth comes out. But usually, with this sort of thing, the truth remains buried.
FWIW, Mueller's report is not automatically public. Only his indictments are. His finding are "secret," given only to Rosenstein. Political and judgment call from there to share with Congress, part of Congress, the public, etc.
Anyone see this. I don’t know much about the source.
BREAKING: Robert Mueller himself ordered the deletion of Peter Strzok’s text messages after Strzok admitted they would expose and detail the @FBI’s entire plan to frame President Trump......developing

I don't give it much credibility. If it's true, the evidence will surface. But could be deliberate planted over-reach by the usual suspects.
Ok, but I guess I’ll boil it down to this:
Comey TESTIFIED that he leaked info to his friend IN ORDER to get a Special Counsel appointed. That isn’t media/whatever spin. It was his sworn testimony.
Given that, why is a personal friend of his, Mueller, THE Special Counsel? Why not someone without any conflict of interest?
Yeah, testimony on June 8, AFTER the SC was appointed on May 17. Comey is a self-serving prick. Stuck me as claiming credit for something he didn't have any part in. That said, his testimony played into the narrative that Trump is dirty, and of course the press is all-in on that.
-- ... why is a personal friend of his, Mueller, THE Special Counsel? Why not someone without any conflict of interest? --
That's the 64,000 dollar question. Is it to facilitate a setup/sting and done with Trump blessing, or is it a deep state action?
“Im kinda of surprised about Petreaus.”
Patreaus is a known liberal.
Indeed. Amongst many others!
