McCarthy is one of the smartest and clear-thinking men online. I never miss his columns. I wish he was in Rosenstein’s position.
That may be, but still no excuse. The charges would be nowhere equivalent, based on what we know either. Obama did not:
- store messsgaes on a private server
- destroy severs
- desroy cellphones
- lie about it repeatedly
- was not President
- more I forgot
This certainly explains the meeting between Lynch and Bill Clinton in Arizona. They hashed out the details of covering up the fact that Obama had a private email address and that Hillary wouldn’t be charged, so Obama’s email address wouldn’t be exposed.

IMO, Obama is motivated by two things: progressive ideology and money.
IMO, he used his presidency to advance the first, and planned on using his post-presidency to enrich himself. Who better to follow $$ than the Clinton Crime Syndicate?
IMO, Hussein received a cut in the Uranium One deal, the Iran nuke sham, and all the other Clinton payola schemes. IMO, Hussein has stashed large sums of cash all over the world from Iran to Bangkok.
If Andy McCarthy is right, both the Clintons and the Obama’s could be indicted. That would be hugh!

I’d like Congressional hearings to humiliate the two. I can’t see them being brought into a DC court and convicted by a DC jury. What’s the chance that one of their admirers won’t make it onto a DC jury to do jury nullification. Probably zero.
Yet, if any of us were to threaten either of them we'd be carted off to jail so fast our collective heads would swim.
