Why should he get any punishment at all? We just let a non-natural born citizen usurper with a counterfeit birth certificate occupy the White Hut for 8 years.

Hell, innumerable court cases were denied certiorari without even allowing a competent court to examine the issue of Obama’s eligibility with regard to Article II, Sec. 1 clause 5 on the merits, despite such a case never having been directly decided by the SCOTUS before. The only response was none, denied, or ridicule.

Unfortunately Congress has to create a bill to do that. But it should be forfeiture of all property and money, 10 years hard labor painting and upkeep on the new wall, and then deportation and lifetime ban on entry to the United States, with double the penalty for anyone harboring them.
