The first link points out that to make the Olympics, a gymnast should begin training as a preschooler. The second link points out that three of the girls were under 13, and others were 13 to 16. As a seven year old I was molested by a man who asked for my help finding a doctor. He said his member was very “feverish” and forced me to touch it. I was terrified because I knew he was not right, but acted very little woman and concerned for his health. I then said, “Well, I must go and ask my mother where you can find a doctor, I’ll be right back.” Then I ran as fast as I could and told my mother (including that he forced me to touch him), but by the time she came the creep was gone. While I have had a normal adult sex life, I have never liked having to touch that, but have done so for the sake of men I loved.

Some things, and I think this is one of them, are better left unsaid.
Leaving things unsaid is part of what has caused this big #me-too tsunami. Among other things I think it is important for men to understand that some things that may not feel quite right in their relatings with with wives and girlfriends might have nothing to do with them. What may be required is patience and understanding, or willingness to forego things that are painful/uncomfortable to the other person. Of course this can also work for women regarding aspects of their men’s feelings and behavior.
