She did not set the example. Our broken government set the example of letting someone get by with using an unsecured server without punishing them for it. Now anyone can break this law with impunity.

The blame lays squarely with our government refusing to enforce the law.

This is also true with illegal immigration, sanctuary cities and businesses hiring illegal workers. There is no punishment for the crime so just keep breaking the law.
