Exactly! The IG and no such agency and others have been monitoring all of this stuff since the day Trump assumed office. He knows all, since November 2016, and he's not stupid! Thus it's likely that Mueller's op has been a honeypot for all these conspirators to get together and conspire. ON THE RECORD. Now, the big question is, are Rosenstein + Mueller leaders of the sting or are they the first + starting targets? TBD ;)

Mueller's special counsel has been a giant honey trap -- dozens of Trump's worst enemies plotting against him on government payroll in government offices using government phones and computers. Practically speaking, they've been working in a petri dish under the microscope of their employer. An extra year of salaries and benefits to allow plotters to incriminate themselves in perceived safety is cheaper and more effective than trying to snoop on widely dispersed private citizens -- and the DOJ inspector general doesn't need warrants to monitor them. Donald Trump is a strategic genius.
