Why have none of these massacres been reported in the U.S.?

Because the Daily Mail writer's definition of the word "massacre" appears to include serious but wholly non-fatal attacks.

The Russian public is treating the event as massacres and it's stirring quite a discussion and a but of soul-searching about the state of Russian society as a whole. Sure, the acts were not instantaneously fatal, but pretty gruesome: Injuries from the acts range from amputated fingers to coma.

Dmitry Gudkov, who plans to run for Moscow mayor wrote the following indictment: (translated from Russian via yandex)

"The massacre at the school in Perm. The school near Chelyabinsk. At school in Buryatia. The student who brought a weapon to school in Moscow. All of this during the past week.

No, this does not mean that there is a sinister force that coordinates all of the attacks through social networks. It means more: all 20 years of the struggle for spirituality, from "information harmful to health and development of children", end like this.

Because in fact, the state fought not for children. It had been struggling against dissent (well, a little bit against children, but hurt them on the rebound).

Censoring the Internet is primarily subjected to political resources is common place. But now it grew up flowers, waiting for the berries. Because of the exciting fight not think the government forgot about the children we need to think not only in words. It is not enough to write a proper tutorial about floated the Crimea. They need an atmosphere of freedom, which alone can form the citizen. But if to strangle him, if lie every step of the way, what kind of education (and even more Patriotic) can we talk?

Actually, twerk videos from different schools, also fell on this week, only confirms that in the coffin of the country see your "spiritual bonds".

Just lies and deceit it is impossible to build a state, as a house cannot be built on sand instead of a Foundation. And even if you call sand concrete — nothing will change.

Russia fails on all fronts: the economy, foreign policy — now and education. How much will need to be recreated from scratch."
