I can’t give you a definitive answer to that.

First, the woo - on YouTube, a psychic by the name of Ultavo has been saying for several months there will be military tribunals. Also, a “prophet” by the name of Mark Taylor has also said the same.

Research on Q posts showed that several of the codes he posted were military justice codes, not civilian court codes.

I have argued with my son for months because I believed that US citizens could not be tried by military tribunals. He claims that under war powers citizens may be tried by military tribunals.

I recently listened to I think, Jerome Corsi on YouTube who states that under charges of treason it will happen.

I believe now that it is legal although I couldn’t give you facts to back that up, I’d have to research.

It makes the most sense if possible because military courts could not be bribed or threatened as easily as civilian courts. Our current civilian courts are pretty sorry.

If treason means “giving aid and comfort to the enemy” in hopes of overthrowing a duly elected government, then I would think a military tribunal would be exactly where they should all be tried. Helping our enemies to be successful at enslaving us should be declared an act of war. These traitors are actively trying to destroy our country, just as much as if they had car bombs or tanks. They are giving our enemies the means to destroy us. They should definitely get military justice.
