Partially, yes; thank you. That’s what I was remembering. I think it did have to do with getting gun control passed. I’m not sure if Scalia’s name was specifically mentioned, but people were making that connection due to the timing.
There was the following article in the Washington Examiner re: Chelsea Clinton, Scalia’s death and gun control but it is dated April 2016. Scalia died February 2016.
