If the American people decide later that we really do need a corrupt national police force, we can always start another one.

You’d think most Americans would be completely content with their local corrupt police force and have no need for another national one.
I would be but I don’t think even the worst local corruption is anywhere near the FBI industrial strength brand of corruption.
