Evidently the four page memo is a summary of up to one million pages. I would hate to be the one that had to summarize one million pages that obviously have not all been read yet.
Also there may be some legal jeopardy in releasing the memo at this time may endanger some cases that are in play.This entire thing may take some time to be released.
Remember a million pages are going to take a group of people some time to read and re-read.split up among 100 readers that's ten thousand pages each to read and re-read and 100 would be an unwieldly group to manage as well.
this whole thing may well take some time.
