Meant to discredit the FISA Memo when it is released. We are going to see a lot of this in the future,For example, "Republicans in congress are overreacting! The FISA warrant was based on solid evidence. The FBI always throws in a bunch of miscellaneous stuff just for context. We don't want the public to see the memo because it would just confuse them, like Hillary's emails. We will tell you what you need to know, trust us!"
