DT could do it NOW. He is POTUS. They will never release the unredacted report. Wait about 18 Congressional Days and then it will be blocked by another rule or law. Just like the IG Report which will be out in 2025.

The White House does not have the memo. It is not in his possession and besides, I like the fact they are going through the motions. Trump is detached from the process that gets him off the hook.
A common misconception. The memo is the property of the House of Representatives, which is a separate branch of our government. It needs a vote in committee to send it to the President for agreement to declassify.
