OK, so you fired the existing top cop and added another liberal black to the roster. How is that going to change the REAL problem?? Build a lot of prisons. Baltimore is still a liberal pile of excrement. How many times have we seen this token action??

This is like an arsonist complaining that the fire she lit is now out of control and then appointing a lawyer to handle the blaze - and giving him a 3 foot long garden hose and instructing him that he may not get within 19 feet of the fire itself.
