We already know the NSA is tracking internet and phone, even the contents of communications (e-mail and phone), and not just metadata — how could this be made worse? Star-chamber courts?
Clandestine death-squads/assassinations? / Massive [ab]use of Civil Asset Forfeiture to steal both assets and the means to provide a [legal] defense?
