To: Tea Party Terrorist

I thought budget reconciliation votes were filibuster free. How is it that a Supreme Court justice can get voted through under budget reconciliation rules but the budget can’t get through the same way. Nuke it!! The Senate (rules) AND the bill!!!

Voting on Judges has nothing to do with budget reconciliation.

Harry Reid nixed the Judicial fillibuster a few years ago.

The Byrd Rule - The Budget act of 1973- pertains to budgetary measures and require a simple majority for cloture.
