Voting on Judges has nothing to do with budget reconciliation.
Harry Reid nixed the Judicial fillibuster a few years ago.
The Byrd Rule - The Budget act of 1973- pertains to budgetary measures and require a simple majority for cloture.

Which means that the Dems will win this vote.

If the government does shut down, I’d dearly love it if Trump came out and announced that since the Democrats wanted to shut down the government so bad, that the price for starting it back up was now $20 billion for the wall. Otherwise he’s gonna veto every bill they send him until they do.
Are you sure? I’ve heard mention multiple times this afternoon and evening by several people that the house headed home, meaning shutdown if the senate didn’t approve the house bill. Maybe things changed.
