I hope he does. Besides putting himself in violation of House rules (unlike the Feinstein case in the Senate), the information will be available to the public. It will burst the dam allowing a flood of other information.

I doubt Schiff will do that because the Dems on the Intel Committee, including Schiff, voted against the release of the information to all members of the House. And Schiff is on record of being against its release to the public.
