At this point, it is really up to Sessions to step out of the fog and get a grip. In his own words he declared initially that he is still in command and will take over if he sees anything not legally correct.
If this doesn't qualify, then nothing does. This memo is a stink bomb the size of Chicago. Sessions is AG. The memo, of which he is fully aware, sheds the light - it is Sessions Constitutional duty to take action and preserve our republic. To do otherwise is gross malfeasance of his primary oath of office.
