Since O’Muslim did an illegal EO to make DACA, it should be appropriate for Trump to do a legal EO to get rid it. But that’s too simple for Washington D.C.

The Supremes will reject Trump's case 9-0.
Most readers do not understand that Trump and Sessions have not made an Executive “policy” change, which they are allowed to do.
Instead, Trump and Sessions have claimed that Obama’s DACA is unconstitutional, and therefore it cannot be enforced.
The federal judge who rejected their case essentially said that Trump and Sessions have usurped the authority of the Judiciary, and that they have arbitrarily decided what is lawful and unlawful.
Bottom Line - Trump can revoke DACA anytime he wants to.
However, he needs to write an Executive Order that sounds like this:
“According to the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1965, the DACA kids and their parents are unlawfully present in the USA. Therefore, I order the Secretary of Homeland Security to remove all of them from the country.”
The Courts can't touch an Executive Order like that.
But, tragically, I don't think Trump will ever write an E.O. like that.
This is the trouble with lawlessness. There is no law for DACA. The original Obama EO was unconstitutional.
What did the judge make a ruling on?
There needs to be some kind of accountability for this type of foolishness.
President Trump may know that there may be some in-Justices missing and stationed in Gitmo where the rule of law will be enforced on the side of LEGAL America.
SCOTUS needs to appoint a Master judge that deal with these types of issues between liberal appeal courts interfering with enumerated powers of another branch of government. The only other alternative is for Trump to just ignore the appeals court ... but I think that’s the Progressives are trying to provoke.
