I think he’s just making a play on Ann Coulter’s advice on the Muslim world. She said we should invade their countries, arrest their leaders, and convert them to Christianity. Liberal heads exploded. This was like 10 years ago.
Judges and prosecutors treat jurors like mushrooms, keep them in the dark and feed them poo.
I support jury rights and jury reform.
The courtroom should be like the government itself: in three balanced parts; judge, prosecution, and jury. However, since judges and prosecutors endure but juries come and go, the latter have had their way with corrupting the system.
As a personal property appraiser I follow the ‘broad evidence rule’ which states all evidence must be looked at.
