What gave you the impression that I hate cops? The fact that I dont want them shooting without just provocation “Shoot first, ask questions later”. Your wife and kids may be the ones being taken out in the name of officer safety.
When ever the guys on the ground get bogged down in built up fighting, they called my company and we fixed things. Until you want your laws coming from the barrel of an M-1 tank, there are laws and proper procedure to be followed. On the streets of America, the rule of Law must stand above all others or you have just created a military forced of Jack Boots that I will not tolerate.

Language such as jack booted thugs mars every law enforcement officer serving today and is the language oft used by those who wish to marginalize and despise cops. The actions of few do not define the whole. If that were the case every business, every branch of the military and every facet of government could be coined with a special name besmearching their organizations. The term is further used in discussions where innocent officer left have been killed and injured as is the case here and there is no place for it
