15...but that still makes a big difference. That, and the fact that the experienced doctor Who examined him said that he was in excellent health. Oh, and Obama was so skinny as to be unhealthy. Not that I really care, but his musculature is so diminished from what it should be, that he will probably end up in a wheelchair, or will break a leg or hip when he falls at some point in the future. There is a virtue to having a bit of extra padding.
