A non-profit Charity is held to stringent standards as to:
<><> how they raise money, and,
<><> whether they allocated the donation as stipulated.
If there are any deviations from these standards....the charity could be nailed for mail fraud.
According to “Clinton Cash” the Clinton Foundation was not held to any standards.
