Well in a way you are right but the way those clowns work leads to this. If a democrat gets beat by a Republican an the pubbie goes to Washington he keeps the staff the out going den left there for continuity. What kind of advice do you suppose the new guy gets from the staff?

Same goes for Supreme Court Judges they only look at what their clerks push on them.
