Diaz-Balart said, “The American people have the right to know a lot of things and everything, but let’s get something straight, I’ve been in public service for three decades now, and when I meet with a constituent, when I meet with an ambassador or if I meet with the head of State, and we close the door on the meeting, there is the obvious expectation that what is said in those meetings is not going to be said in public.”

Yep. And Rush said the ‘Norway’ comment was basically ‘what about Norway and Asia??’
The ‘Norway’ comment was obviously a result of his meeting with Norway’s Prime Minister Solberg - ie nothing to do with race.
Norway’s ethnic breakdown:

It was the Senators and it was labeled a hearing so possibly this is what was meant. It shouldn’t have taken this long to get a simple answer to a simple question..
