Would San Diego be the capital of New California?

Absolutely not! Too many Mexicans there. The Capitol of New California should be more centrally located.
Oh hell no; San Diego and Orange counties have booth turned into lib “SH!THOLES” over the last 10 years, there are still a few conservative areas in them, but not many.
And I am sorry to say this but the entire central valley has been taken over by beaners and wetbacks, they are a lost cause to the future.
That line should be at the southern boarder of El Dorado county.
