Durban hurts the Party he belongs to. He has not solved any of the problems he wants to fix. The people who follow him might just as well jump off of a bridge to no where.
That presumes that he really wants to fix the problems. He’d probably prefer having a campaign issue to fixing the problem.
I tend to agree...the Democrats probably need to find someone to replace Durbin. But it’s not really a strategy of the Democratic Party to fix DACA.
