Remember, hosting companies only need to make efforts but they are indemnified from liability if they do but are not perfect at it. Some things will be missed and some things simply are not obvious as to their content.
Most of what was in today’s video was already assumed. I thought he was suppose to have something devastating on Jack himself? Therefore the video was very disappointing. Way over hyped.
I don’t use twitter...but isn’t there a huge difference between private messages and public ones in terms of expectation of privacy?
Apparently, lots of underage kids are sending nudes. If Twitter is viewing and then saving these images, they have stored child porn on their server. That could shut down the Twitter empire.
