You live in Hawaii and have known for quite some time NK can launch something in your direction, but you have no clue what to do if it happens?
You assume the action was not only not purposeful but that an order was not given to publish the warning to everyone in the state.
The delay in rescinding the notice was carefully monitored to judge the effectiveness of the means of transmission. The instantaneous blaming of the President indicated malice aforethought by the democrats that run the state
