That's silmilar what I have heard.

This flu strain is different than the vaccine.

Well, at least flu thins the herd.

As long as I do daily cardio (hard!), I never get the flu.

If I stop, I get the current variety.

Conclusion: Work out daily with solid cardio...unless you want to leave this world.

It could even be strong lung exercises and not necessarily full body cardio for some who can’t do that. Like a farmer burns breathing which can be done even if you are sitting down. Would be hard to do once the flu has hit your lungs but even just before that point I’d do these every couple hours or others like them to keep the airways healthy.

There’s a video there. There are other great breathing exercises too but they need to be strong ones, using the force of the abdominals. I know someone who healed themselves from asthma using these.

Again, this is for people who don’t yet have the flu and want to prevent any flu from finishing off your lungs into pneumonia or death. Keep the lungs pumping.
