Hey Judicial branch - How does this even work? I thought DACA sunsetted if Trump does not sign an extension - am I confused or is the Judicial branch of the Fed Govt just an extension of the DNC and GOPee?

Hey Judicial branch - How does this even work? District Judge from California issued an order that said he could not discontinue it. Homeland is now renewing the DACA kids.
