No one will ever mention an objective measure of a society that will predict where the average member of that society fits. That measure is average IQ.

This measure is readily available. Here are some sample countries:

Gabon 64

Does anybody notice anything? If you live in a country where the average IQ is less than 90 (dull normal in the west), chances are you live in a craphole country. If the average IQ is above 95, congratulations, you live in a nice place.
