The judge’s ruling won’t survive appeal, either. Well, it probably get some support from the more whacko jurists of the 9th Circus, but they are becoming more and more wary about the Supremes and getting slapped down, as well as a Congressional decision to break them up—which I welcome and think needs to be done.
