To the MSM wonder why you never show this.

Maybe because the average hard working legal citizen who pays taxes in any form would be outraged that they are paying for someone who could but doesn’t want to escape this cycle.

The costs are enormous and most are born by the states and cities. In Fairfax County, VA, where I lived for 36 years, the budget for the school system was $2.4 billion a year. $110 million was spent on ESOL teachers alone. And this didn't include special needs students. In some schools, 80% of the students were enrolled in ESOL.

I should note that Fairfax County is one of the top three richest counties in America.
