Alabama has yet to repeal its state sodomy law, and fought hard to prevent the issuing marriage licenses to same-sex couples. But don't worry, you can still legally marry your cousin. FWIW, the prohibition against marrying ones cousin was to prevent genetic problems from inevitable sexual activity. Regarding homos, there is really no good reason why that should be prohibited from marrying their brothers or their fathers or sons. There is no possible genetic problem.

How about a religious community that stops having children by allowing potential fathers to abrogate their responsibility to "go forth and multiply."
